NAB issues call for speakers, presentations, papers

The NAB is now seeking presentation or session proposals for the 2010 NAB Show, April 10-15, in Las Vegas.

Proposals must be submitted before the entry deadline and must include topics relevant to the creation and distribution of electronic media content or discuss emerging technologies and trends in the electronic media industry.

Technical paper proposals submitted for the 64th annual Broadcast Engineering Conference will be accepted until Oct. 23. They should address recent developments in broadcast technology and focus on the opportunities and challenges encountered in the broadcast engineering field. Proposals should be no more than 200 words.

Military and Government Summit sessions focus on technologies to meet the needs of the military and teach nongovernment attendees how to do business with various sectors of the military. The submission deadline for these sessions is Sept. 30.

The deadline for all other conference program submissions is Sept. 30.
