The technical support team for U.K. reseller root6 has been boosted with the arrival of Avid-trained engineers Mathew Linnett and Kip Thompson-Born.
Linnett joins from Bristol, England-based Visual Impact and Thomson-Born from Red Bee Media.
Also, David Poves joins root6 as Product Specialist for Apple's XSAN. An IT professional with more than 12 years experience, Poves has worked at Apple and most recently, techIT Solutions.
Finally, the root6 systems integration team, based in Primrose Hill under the direction of Phil Crawley, has been joined by engineer Simon Hillman.
