IBC2007: Harris to Present Tech Seminars

Harris Corp. plans to conduct a series of seminars on key technologies starting this weekend at IBC2007 in Amsterdam, Sept. 7-11.
The one-hour seminars will be held on each day of the conference (three presentations daily) will include how to work effectively with file-based, nonlinear content delivery and a broadcaster’s networked environments. Topics will also include new ways to manage data within a complex media universe, and creating an updated broadcast infrastructure will be seminar topics, according to the Melbourne, Fla.-based firm.
The seminars, which Harris has presented at some past shows in similar form, will be held at 1 p.m., 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. each day of the conference in the IBC2007 Training Zone (Hall 11 of the RAI Convention Center).
