Globalstor Data Corp. has opened a new sales and technical support office in Wiesbaden, near Frankfurt am Main. The facility provides comprehensive phone and field support for Globalstor customers and vendors located throughout the (Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) region.
Product specialists at the office are on call 24/7 to assist with any challenges. In the event that a problem cannot be solved via phone, a support professional will be dispatched onsite.
The new operation will support a range of Globalstor products, including the ExtremeStor-iNAS N240 NAS/iSCSI server, the ExtremeStor DI REDe Rack and Tower for RED digital cinema applications, and the iTrax IP professional audio storage system, among many others. The office also maintains an inventory of spare parts.
