FOR-A has opened a new office in Miami to handle increased sales from Latin America and the Caribbean.
Recent sales in the region include: Gayelle TV, a privately owned station serving Trinidad and Tobago, which recently purchased FOR-A’s VPS-700 digital switcher. Gayelle TV shows are seen on cable systems throughout the island of Trinidad and Grenada and on UHF channel 23 in the Trinidad city of Port of Spain.
Also in Trinidad and Tobago, a FOR-A VPS-700 and an HVS-500 switcher are in use at Media 21, a multimedia service provider. The company uses both switchers to produce video coverage of live events and concerts for the twin island’s business and entertainment sector. A state-of-the-art digital television studio was recently installed by Media 21 at the Trinidad and Tobago Parliament.
