The FCC released Public Notice DA 06-1748 last week, listing applications for low-power TV, Class A TV and TV translator digital companion channels that were not mutually exclusive with any other application and therefore not subject to the auction. Applicants on the list of "singletons" have until Oct. 30 to submit a correct and complete FCC Form 346.
