Euphonix to highlight its digital broadcast audio mixing consoles

The System 5-P features integration between Euphonix control surfaces and Steinberg's Nuendo digital audio workstation software.
At IBC2003, Euphonix will show its all-digital broadcast audio mixing consoles, including System 5-B for network broadcast applications and Max Air for local TV broadcast applications.
Euphonix will also demonstrate the System 5-P, featuring integration between Euphonix control surfaces and Steinberg's Nuendo digital audio workstation software. A System 5 will be setup to control both the Nuendo digital audio workstation and the Euphonix DSP.
The System 5-B, Euphonix' flagship broadcast digital mixing system has a new mixer software package. The new model allows for up to 96 channels using a single DSP mixer core –an increase from 72 channels. The new System 5-B includes a dedicated mix minus bus with single button press mix minus outputs and talkback from each channel.
New broadcast options for System 5-B and Max Air include FiberLink for remote digital audio connection, 75 Ohm AES/EBU MADI converters, Phillips Jupiter Router Connectivity and offline session setup on a laptop running Windows XP for Max Air.
