EchoStar Communications and its Dish Network service provider have launched BingoTV, a television game network for Dish customers, available in 35 states at no extra charge. Viewers participate in the games using free game cards to earn prizes during a live broadcast each Wednesday evening.
The company says BingoTV is the first network to deliver "True Home Play," where viewers actively participate in the game with players across the nation. BingoTV's president says audience attentiveness won't be a problem, as games are played live and bingo wins must be phoned in within two minutes. Game cards are included every month within Dish Entertainment and DishFlix magazines. Official rules can be found at http://www.bingotv.com/.
