Digital Rapids has bolstered its sales and support operation in India with its own Indian subsidiary. Digital Rapids India Pvt. Ltd will provide support to customers in South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) countries, including India, Nepal, Bhutan and Sri Lanka.
Based in Gurgaon, Digital Rapids India is headed up by Managing Director P.R. Suresh, who brings with him over 15 years of experience in broadcast, IPTV & mobile TV systems integration and consultancy. The team in India also includes technical support engineers who will provide pre-sale system design and post-sale operational support. Its remit covers working with OEM partners in developing new applications and solutions based on Digital Rapids technologies.
