LPTV, TV translator mutual exclusivity settlement agreement deadline
Deadline: Dec. 15, 6 p.m. EST
The Media Bureau and Wireless Telecommunications Bureau has given certain low-power television and TV translator stations that have submitted proposals for digital companion channels that are mutually exclusive with other submitted proposals until Dec. 15 to enter into settlement agreements or to use engineering solutions to resolve their mutual exclusivities.
