Comcast makes bid for Disney

published Comcast, one of the nation's largest cable companies, made a bid to take over the Walt Disney Co., yesterday.
Comcast is offering $56 billion in stock to take control of Walt Disney. The take over would include Disney-owned properties such as ABC, ESPN and Disney's vast library of films.
Disney executives have yet to reach a decision about the merger.
