Clear Channel Communications said it was ranked the most shareholder-friendly company in the radio and TV broadcasting sector for the second year.
The ranking was made by Institutional Investor magazine. Considerations include clear financial information; proof of good governance; access to company officer; and a clear justification of executive compensation.
President/CFO Randall Mays was included on the magazine's listing of top CFOs.
