Chyron has augmented its technology partnership with automated broadcast graphics applications provider BTi.
The relationship, which already bundles BTi's DataBridge service with Chyron's DynaCrawl dual-ticker, time, temperature, weather and logo graphics display system, will now extend to Chyron's Channel Box HD/SD-switchable branding and automated promo system. DataBridge for DynaCrawl and Channel Box provides a Web-based, point-and-click service that delivers a reliable stream of operator-selected real-time news and information formatted specifically for SD, HD and HD/SD-switchable system configurations
DataBridge gives content producers access to a deep menu of information feeds from top data providers, including international, national and local news, sports, weather and entertainment feeds. The Web user interface makes adding or changing a data stream as easy as selecting it from the menu. Changes occur instantly, giving the flexibility to meet any information delivery requirement. A flat annual subscription fee provides complete, continuous access to the entire menu of information sources. Playout licenses are offered on a per-device basis.
