Bopp, a West Virginia University graduate with nine years of experience in trade association and issues management, will operate CBA's new office in Alexandria, Va. CBA President Warren Trumbly said, "We intend to augment our government relations presence with a broad range of member services and alliances in Washington. The CBA Board of Directors is confident that Andy will help us to do that swiftly."
In addition to expanding its membership services, CBA plans to launch a membership recruitment drive to enlist more Class A and LPTV stations.
