Band Pro Film and Digital will market a customized "powered by Band Pro" Sony CineAlta HDW-F900 HDCAM camcorder through its offices and affiliates. The camera will be offered in multiple configurations and feature a handle design that incorporates low-mount capability, reinforced viewfinder hardware and a mattebox amount. Additional features will be available as the line expands.
Sony's CineAlta enables real-time HD image evaluation on-set, instant replay of a digital "take," image optimization while shooting, a 50-minute shooting load and a bridge between 24-frame film originals and a final 24P digital master.
