At NAB 2007 at booth #SL12708, Archion will exhibit its latest storage product, Synergy HD4, which provides fast throughput for those using Avid’s Unity shared storage environment. Synergy HD4 is a full-featured SATA II to FC RAID storage system designed for networking digital video systems.
The Synergy HD4 is the newest addition to the Archion Synergy family of FC RAID storage products for HD video production. The new unit extends the company’s original Synergy HD abilities from 400MB/s to 800MB/s bandwidth with its dual 4GB FC ports and has increased its capacity from 8TB to 12TB in the same 3RU space.
Synergy HD4 is fully compatible with all previous Archion products, as well as the 1GB, 2GB and 4GB Unity environments.
