Proline TV producer Jim Feist has launched Vegas Sports TV and Vegas Sports Radio, a new digital media network that will cover sports with a “Vegas perspective,” according to a press announcement.

Winnercomm has named Marc Kidd as executive vice president and chief operating officer.

Kidd, 47, was most recently president of The Kidd Group, a sports marketing and strategic planning consultancy based in Dallas. Winnercomm is an independent sports production, program development, marketing services and sales representation company.
