Vizrt will purchase all assets of Curious Software or all of its issued share capital, according to a letter of intent signed by both companies.
The acquisition is expected to be completed by June 1. It is subject to the satisfactory conclusion of the due diligence process and approval by the Board of Directors of both companies.
