TeamCast has released the Power4-T2, the first version of its DVB-T2 modulator. The new DVB-T2 modulator was successfully tested during the DVB-T2 PlugFest held at RAI-CRIT in Turin, Italy.
Power4-T2 consists of a powerful modulation platform with multiple input interface options, including transport stream over ASI, satellite DVB-S/S2 and terrestrial IP network. It provides broadcasters with high-level DVB-T2 signal performance on a reliable, future-proof and scalable hardware platform. The first software release is now available and supports operation of the DVB-T2 SISO/System A standard modes at 5MHz, 6MHz, 7MHz or 8MHz.
