Rohde & Schwarz will introduce a new TV transmitter and demonstrate enhancements and upgrades to its test and measurement equipment at NAB2005.
The NX8200 transmitter family includes the NetCCU 800 transmitter control unit. The unit includes SNMP and HTTP interfaces and offers the ability to switch from English to Spanish.
The company will also show:
- The SFU Broadcast Test System - supports DVB-H, DVB-T, DVB-S, DVB-S2 (broadcast services), TDS-OFDM (DMB-T), DVB-C and DIRECTV Legacy (DSS) standards.
- The DVM400 MPEG-2 analyzer and monitor – has an MPEG-2 generator, recorder, player, and a Data Broadcast Analysis option.
- The FSH family of handheld spectrum analyzers - models go up to 6GHz.
