NAB2007 set to open in Las Vegas

The annual National Association of Broadcasters convention, NAB20007, is set to open its doors on Monday, April 16, at the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC). Virtually every important manufacturer of broadcast-related equipment and services from around the world will exhibit their wares on the show floor and in demo rooms. Educational sessions surrounding the show have already begun, while the exhibit floor will be open from April 16-19.

Billed as the world’s largest electronic media show, NAB2007 now encompasses all halls of the LVCC, spanning nearly 900,000sq-ft. The floor layout has been realigned to group technologies in a more logical way, with primary exhibitors more evenly distributed around the floor to provide smoother traffic flow for exhibitors and attendees.

This new approach has created a new mix of product categories, which aligns with the real-world evolution of broadcaster workflow. Categories include: acquisition and production, post production, management and systems, distribution and delivery, display systems, pro audio, radio, outdoor media and equipment, content village, RTNDA@NAB, and technologies for worship.
