UK-based broadcast and digital media systems integrator Megahertz Broadcast Systems will showcase a new solution developed for the remote control of outside broadcast vehicles via satellite.
With assistance from a recently completed DSNG vehicle that will be featured at its stand, Megahertz will demonstrate the application live at the show controlling the internal systems of the vehicle from a remote laptop.
Megahertz also will highlight several large HD and HD-ready studios and vehicles it has designed and integrated this year, including file-based newsroom projects for South Africa, studio and control room design-and-build contracts from the UK to India, and construction and upgrade work on several HD sports production trailers for SIS (formerly BBC Outside Broadcasts).
