K-Will Corp. has unveiled a new video quality evaluation system. The VP21P system was designed to analyze the 720p HD format, on an automated and real-time basis. The analyzer uses double-stimulus video quality evaluation system that performs pixel-by-pixel measurement and comparison of a reference and copy videos. Functions include debugging encoder/decoder operations, quality evaluation of broadcast systems, automatic dubbing, DVD authoring and DVD playback.
