Dielectric to Demonstrate RF Advances

At NAB2007, Dielectric Communications will show its brand new Low RFR Pylon Antenna line, available with horizontal, elliptical, or circular polarization. Dielectric service offerings include tower mapping, installation, test and inspection, maintenance, and complete monitoring.

The Low RFR Pylon Antenna line is available with horizontal, elliptical, or circular polarization. It's designed specifically for situations where downward radiation is an issue, such as with antennas mounted on building tops or short towers in residential areas. The new design achieves a 300 percent reduction in power density near the antenna.

The company will also display its Broadband CP Panel antenna, a high-power, circularly polarized UHF antenna with up to a 16 kW average input power rating and coverage of the entire lower 700 MHz band. It uses multilayer parasitic patch technology, developed by Dielectric that allows the antenna to transmit a high-power circularly polarized signal, traditionally available only from a narrowband array.

Dielectric will also showcase its new patent-pending Broadband Omni CP Pylon Antenna, for broadcasters in the lower 700 MHz band. It uses only a third of the radiators, feed system, and connections typically used in a panel-style antenna

Dielectric's Flash Technology will be introducing additions to its established line of M2M condition-monitoring solutions. Also, Dielectric will exhibit a new line of low-power filters and components for LPTV, DVB-H, and mobile TV markets.

Dielectric will be in booths C1907 and N7421.
