Brick House Video recently launched a set of products to complement the company's VTB-1D, an SDI 10-bit component switcher.
The new VTB-2A is a small, portable analog composite switcher. Based upon the architecture of Brick House Video's VTB-1A, the 2A is a 4 x 4 Input/Output 12-V miniature switcher that features auto/manual dissolve and wipe, auto fade to black, auxiliary bus outputs, GPI and is NTSC/PAL switchable.
The new V-Log is a VHS transport controller, timecode reader/inserter and standalone generator. It accommodates VITC or LTC, and can build EDLs from a domestic VHS in conjunction with Phoenix Log software, avoiding the need for broadcast VTRs.
