Blue Order will introduce Media Archive 3.2 at IBC2007, the latest iteration of its enterprise media Asset management (MAM) solution for audiovisual content. Spotlighted will be end-to-end workflows for news, sports and production.
Media Archive 3.2 features include enhanced data management; reporting functions that track user access and changes in media objects; and end-to-end rights management with timecode annotation of rights and automated rights calculation for takes, EDLs and orders.
Additional features are content-based authorization restricting access by assigning privileges to defined groups; integration of Final Cut Pro to complement the existing integration of Avid; enhanced workflow and order management directly from the Web GUI; and integration of the TZI real-time video text detection with a commercial optical character recognition (OCR) system.
Blue Order will be at Stand 3.438.
