Utah Scientific Appoints Rich Hajdu as Senior Vice President

SALT LAKE CITY — Sept. 30, 2008 — Utah Scientific, a leading manufacturer of routing switchers and related products for the broadcast industry, today announced the appointment of industry veteran Rich Hajdu as senior vice president. Reporting directly to Utah Scientific President and CEO Tom Harmon, Hajdu is charged with strengthening Utah Scientific's relationships with networks, station groups, and cable and satellite facilities. In addition, he will implement a cohesive dealer and system integrator program and develop communications programs to distinguish clearly Utah Scientific products and services within the marketplace.
