Goodship Appointed CEO of Miranda Technologies

Miranda Technologies has appointed Strath Goodship to the post of CEO. He will work out of the company's Montreal headquarters. The appointment is part of a plan that will allow Miranda cofounder and president Christian Tremblay to focus his efforts on product development and manufacturing.

The company recently has undergone an expansion, adding several R&D, manufacturing and sales locations around the world. Recent major contracts include work with Fox, PBS, NBC, Canal + and several installations for the 2002 World Cup.

Goodship joined Miranda in 1997 to launch its European division. Prior to that, he worked at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation and at Leitch Technology.
