Network deploys “Batcam” to cover the back stretch

For the Winter Olympics, NBC’s studio relied on LED displays to convey a sense of being in the mountains.

There will be a new home for the 130 English Premier League soccer matches that NBC Sports does not air on broadcast or cable via a new streaming subscription service.

NBC Sports is getting in on the digital shorts game, announcing the launch of NBC Sports Digital Shorts, which will produce short-form content for NBCSports.com and other digital platforms.

A recent collaboration on an IP production framework from Evertz and Sony that is based on ASPEN technology will be deployed by NBC Sports starting in February 2016
