New C300 audio mixer from SSL features a compact design and digital features.
At IBC2005 Solid State Logic will introduce a new digital audio mixing console.
The C300 master studio system is a compact and customizable mixer that features improved workflow with tactile, physical controls, real-time automation and high end signal processing.
The C-300 integrates DAW control features using techniques pioneered with the company's previous AWS 900 console. Features include:
- More than 500 mix inputs and 80 mix busses, with Digital Signal Processing (DSP) from a single Centuri processor.
- Integrated 128 input, multi-format surround sound monitoring including compatibility checking.
- Multiple sample rates including pull-ups and pull-downs for international compatibility
- Process linking and stacked channel grouping puts stems and groups under one fader.
Control features include high-performance mic pres with discretely switched 6dB gain steps and composite five-segment LED bargraph for level monitoring.
