Robert Sachs, who has led the National Cable & Telecommunications Association (NCTA) as president and CEO for five and half years, announced his resignation March 1. He will rejoin Continental Consulting Group as a principal of the Boston-based cable industry strategic consulting firm that he co-founded in 1998.
