Commission chairman Kevin Martin has named Bruce Franca as Acting Chief of the Office of Engineering and Technology and Leslie Marx as Chief Economist.
Bruce Franca has served as Deputy Chief of the Office of Engineering and Technology since 1987. He joined the commission in 1974.
Marx joined the commission under an Intergovernmental Personnel Act assignment from Duke University, where she serves as an Associate Professor of Economics at the Fuqua School of Business.
