ENCO Systems has released version 5.1d of its DAD system. Major network TV broadcasters utilize DADtv systems to support live HDTV multichannel audio management, and to automate rights reporting functions.
Simple new “plug and play” capabilities for interfacing a wide array of studio and broadcast equipment have also been added to DAD. Automatic identification and configuration of general-purpose interfaces greatly simplifies the process of systems integration in ever-changing studio setups.
