Shure teamed with Thai authorities to conduct a series of raids aimed at stemming the importation and distribution of counterfeit Shure products in the country.
A July seizure of counterfeit audio goods in the Bangkok port of Klongtoey provided information leading authorities to six locations in the city’s Phra-Nakorn district, where several thousand counterfeit items were confiscated. Five people were arrested and charged.
