Broadband Internet service via power lines and changes to rules related to certain wireless licenses are on the agenda for this morning’s FCC open monthly meeting.
The meeting, which begins at commission headquarters in Washington, D.C., at 9:30 a.m., will cover a Memorandum Opinion an Order regarding Internet broadband service over power lines and new requirements and measurement guidelines for broadband over power lines.
The commission will also take up rule changes regarding wireless licenses for 698MHz to 746MHz, 747MHz to 762MHz and 777MHz to 792MHz bands.
