Calypso uses PowerPoint for remote control

c_Link (Control Hyperlink) enables remote control from regular office software applications. AV integrators and dealers say 50 percent to 90 percent of their projects require some type of control system. And to top it off, whenever possible, they want control integrated into the tools and onto the platforms they're already using — especially when there's a PC in the room. It's the notion of control as an integrated feature, not as a separate system.

The Calypso controller architecture uses standard hyperlinks to control external equipment. With no code-writing at all, you can drop control buttons directly onto PowerPoint slides; on a Windows desktop as a shortcut; or into HTML, Word or Excel files; or nearly any other piece of software or platform capable of hyperlinks.
