Voom parent Rainbow DBS has tapped NDS to help in the development of an Electronic Programming Guide (EPG) for HD programming. Additionally, Voom will transition its conditional access over to NDS VideoGuard protection in a few months. The collaboration will bring to the market an HDTV system that uses a Motorola set-top box integrated with NDS conditional access technology.
