VideoLink Expands HD Video with Panasonic
By TVTechnology published
VideoLink Inc., a provider of video and marketing communications services for broadcasters and corporations on the American East Coast, has expanded its HD production and newsgathering capabilities with the addition of an HD camera package and HD flypack.
The new HD cameras and flypack consist of a Panasonic AV-HS400 HD/SD switcher, Panasonic AJ-HDX900 cameras, Panasonic 26-inch HD monitor, and an RTS Intercom.
The new acquisitions bolster VideoLink’s capabilities to provide HD productions in its own studios and remote locations. (It complements VideoLink’s fully redundant HD Ku uplink vehicle, nicknamed “Lobster.”)
VideoLink has produced HD events for ESPN, Borders Group, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, NASCAR and Thistle Communications.
