Turner hires new VP

Tedd Rosenfeld has been appointed to the position of Senior Vice President, of the Turner Entertainment Group Network Operations.

In this position, Rosenfeld will be responsible for the strategic planning and leadership of all technical, operational, administrative and financial activities of the Network Operations division.

Rosenfeld joins Turner from the Fox Network where his career spanned fifteen years. Hired initially as an editor/technical director and than later an Engineer in Charge, he was instrumental in the growth of the Fourth Network. He supervised the design and build of many production and broadcast facilities including operating systems for nine disk-based Net control rooms.

Most recently, as Vice President of Broadcast Operations, he was responsible for all technical and operational services for more than a dozen Fox networks.

Rosenfeld's will manage the company's new immediate migration project, transitioning on-air operations for Turner’s 18 broadcast cable networks to a new 193,000 square foot, state-of-the-art Network Operations facility located on the Atlanta Techwood Campus, and for the growth and development of future Turner networks.
