The Thales CRYSTAL logo inserter is a cost-effective solution for DTV logo insertion and channel re-branding. CRYSTAL performs multichannel and multi-logo insertion in SD or HD MPEG-2 transport streams and works directly in the MPEG-2 compressed video domain. This avoids the costly decoding/re-encoding process while preserving original video signal quality.
