Sundance Installs Digital NewsLink at KVVU

Meredith Broadcasting station, KVVU, has purchased and installed a Sundance Digital NewsLink system.

The Las Vegas-based Fox affiliate will use the system with its Avid Unity NLE news production system and to control two Avid AirSpeed multipurpose media platform servers for play-to-air. The combined configuration will go on-air in late 2005.

NewsLink--an automation system for live newscasts--links essential news devices with an intuitive GUI. Users access all daily tools via tabbed screens on a newsroom computer.
