ORBCOMM License Corp. has filed an application modify the term of its license for a non-voice, non-geostationary mobile satellite service ("Little LEO") system operating under call sign S2103. The license is set to expire on April 11, 2010 and ORBCOMM requested an extension of the term of the licensed until April 11, 2025. The ORBCOMM system operates on VHF frequencies allocated for satellite use. From FCC Report SAT-00427.
