Through the new ExtremeCare program, customers have access to a team of technical specialists, 24/7. The program consists of a 24/7 on-call technical support number (866-732-011) and online help ( email@example.com). In addition, an ExtremeCare page is posted on the company’s Web site, www.rfcentral.com/extremecare.shtml, where customers can find product manuals and instructions on how to convert RF Central equipment to the new 2GHz channel plan and downloadable forms for FCC licensing.
