Pinnacle Systems has appointed J. Kim Fennell as the new president and CEO, replacing Mark Sanders, who will become chairman of the board.
Fennell was previously the president and CEO of StorageWay, a storage service provider in Fremont, Calif. Before that he was a vice president and officer of Lucent Technologies and an executive at Octel Communications. He is a graduate of Queens University in Ontario, Canada and the Stanford Executive Program.
