Mission Broadcasting Taps Azcar for Digital Conversion
By TVTechnology published
Mission Broadcasting has selected Azcar Technologies to help convert 11 of its TV stations to digital.
Markham, Ontario-based Azcar subcontracted Morrison Hershfield to handle the structural component of the project--strengthening the broadcast towers and adding new antenna and transmission lines.
The project is already underway and is expected to be complete later in the year.
Mission Broadcasting owns 13 full-power stations in Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Montana, New York, Pennsylvania and Texas.
