Louisiana Public Broadcasting's production department recently purchased Sony 700 HD cameras and equipped them with Thales Angenieux's 10 x 5.3 HD Wide Angles Lenses. The new equipment will be used for hi-def productions from documentaries to music videos.
The lenses feature wide-angle performance with a 10X zoom range of 5.3 m to 53mm and a focusing distance of 0.3 m. Other features include an aperture of f/1.9, Assisted Internal Focusing for fast focus capability and compatibility with other manufacturers' remote control kits and accessories
