Meredith Broadcasting affiliate KPHO-TV has tapped CGS InfoGraphics Automation to provide its Newschief Display Suite.
The tool will automate the lower-third displays of news, weather sports and financial information for the news segments. KPHO will also the CGS LogoFX to display animated, fly-in promos, also called "snypes."
"We have the ability to access, change, create and update much more quickly," said Bruce Jones, operations manager, KPHO, in Phoenix.
