The HDFEST 2004 World Tour, presented by discreet, will open in Hämeenlinna, Finland on Saturday.
The HD festival, which began earlier this year in Australia, will run Oct. 29-30. HDFEST concluded a successful London event Oct. 4-5 in conjunction with the Raindance Film Festival.
The European events serve as an important part of the HDFEST 2004 World Tour which is presenting high-definition independent cinema, panel discussions and educational seminars in six cities this year. The tour has already visited Los Angeles and South Florida and will conclude in December with an awards ceremony and closing party in New York City.
