SAN JOSE, CALIF. —Harmonic Inc. has sold its Cable Access HFC business to Aurora Networks, Inc. for $46 million in cash.
The company first announced the agreement Feb. 19.
The acquisition will strengthen Aurora’s position in the optical transport market.
