The 45th Grammy Awards were broadcast in HD for the first time on CBS Feb. 23 with the help of Accom's Dveous/HD Digital Video Effects system, which created high-def transitions and graphical elements.
Accom's Dveous/HD has the same feature set as its SD counterpart and can be configured as a single twin or dual twin channel system. It includes re-Touch Color Corrector, Target Framestore, Wide Range DeFocus, Surface SX with Dual Light Sources, UltraWrap and OrbitalFX.
Mobile truck companies NMT, NEP, New Century Productions and HDNet are using Dveous for live sports events and awards shows.
